Referring to your letter of the 6th. July, I am di- -rected to state that this Government concurs in the proposed priority of messages at Cape D'Aguilar Wireless Telegraph Station subject to the modification that from the lat. May to the 30th. September meteorological messages shall rank in order of precedence with messages relating to navigation and that when the black typhoon signals are hoisted they shall take precedence of all messages except distress signals,

agree to this proposal.
